Scan technique pur (aucune IA) qui tourne 2 fois par jour : 16h à l'ouverture US et 21h vers la clôture. Calcule RSI, VWAP, Opening Range et momentum sur les 18 tickers de la watchlist, produit un score /100 et un verdict (strong_buy → avoid). Le rapport alimente le dashboard et envoie un Telegram quand un strong_buy sort. ⚠ Ne crée AUCUN ordre — c'est informatif.
